Mental health of the nursing team during the Covid-19 pandemic: a scope review

A survey aimed to identify the impact of the pandemic on the daily life of the nursing team and the importance of good management. It is a scope review study, with research carried out in the Latin American and Caribbean Literature in Health Science databases (LILACS), Nursing Database (BDENF) with the following descriptors: COVID-19, nursing, mental health, already in PUBMED, with the descriptors: COVID-19, nursing, psychological, mental health, psychological suffering and Burnout, the PRISMA model was also used, in the form of a modified checklist, it helped in the selection of articles, following the criteria of identification, selection, eligibility and inclusion. The results presented by anxiety, depression and Burnout as the predominant symptoms in nursing professionals. In view of this situation, it is projected that team management, psychological support, provision of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and training, increase saber, self-confidence, also making the work environment safer, both for patients and for patients. professionals.
