The cajuzinho-arbóreo-do-cerrado (Anacardium othonianum Rizz) is a fruit originating from the Brazilian Cerrado. There is a significant increase in the demand for seedlings of native cerrado species by farmers, food companies and pharmaceutical companies. However, there is little information about techniques of cashew propagation, among them, in vitro production becomes a very promising technique, however, there is a great limitation of in vitro production from seeds, justifying the search for strategies for its spread. Thus, the objective of this research was to evaluate the in vitro cultivation of A. othonianum from different municipalities and salt concentrations of Murashige & Skoog (MS). In order to evaluate the cultivation, seeds of Cerrado cashew tree were sown from three municipalities of the state of Goiás: Silvânia, Vianópolis and Orizona, in four concentrations of MS medium: 100, 75, 50 and 25%, using a completely randomized design. randomized, conducted in a 3 x 4 factorial arrangement in twenty repetitions. Daily evaluations were performed observing the occurrence of oxidation, contamination, survival and germination. Data were subjected to statistical analysis from 95% confidence intervals of software R version 3.5.2. It was concluded that MS 50 and 25% media were more efficient in A. othonianum survival and germination.
