In the present work, an analysis was carried out in order to assess the functioning of a sewage treatment station following the effluent discharge standards, as determined by Conama Resolution 430/2011 and occupational safety, mapping occupational risks and relating them to regulatory standards classified as special. To this end, a survey of physical and chemical analyzes was carried out by the company's central chemical laboratory responsible for the unit under study, which included the parameters of temperature, pH, BOD, sedimentable oils and greases, for the years 2017, 2018 and 2019. Then, an analysis of the data was carried out in order to verify if the results meet the parameters established by Conama Resolution 430/2011, which showed that 95% of the studied parameters are in accordance with the requirements established by that resolution. In order to know the occupational risks present in the unit, a mapping was carried out and a chart was developed associating the risks with the respective special regulatory standards and comparing them with the ILO international risk data sheet (2000), as well as with the study by Scandelai et al. (2018). What evidenced that the occupational risks identified are associated with 10 regulatory standards classified as special, among them are regulatory standards 06, 15, 24, 33, 35. Finally, a framework was elaborated regarding the integrated management between environment and safety the work that listed possible risk scenarios and the consequences for the environment, in addition to mitigating actions.
