The present work aims to report the experiences lived during six months of the participation of the resident graduating in Chemistry in the Pedagogical Residency Program (PIRP), between the period of October 2020 to March 2021, whose purpose is to prepare the academic for the labor market being opportune in relation to theory and practice. The Residencies project in this module was executed remotely, aiming at the safety of academics and students of the field institution during the Covid-19 pandemic period (Sars-CoV-2). Thus, for the fulfillment of the residents' activities, they had to adapt to distance learning where they had the use of several technological tools, as well as PowerPoint®, Canva® and OBS studio®, for the preparation of materials, production of screens and audios on which they were recorded. During the production of the video classes, several editing applications were used, such as KineMaster®, YouCut-Video Editor® and Video Transcoder®. After the video classes were edited, the Youtube® tool was used to post them, making it easier the arrival of these materials to the students of the school-field. The links of the video classes produced with content and exercises were made available in the WhatsApp groups in which they were present, students from the field school, the preceptor and residents inserted in that school. For observations and team preparation, the Google Meet® platform was used. It is considered that the experience of the resident in this period of remote teaching, was quite relevant preparing him in his “teaching” journey, perfecting for various teaching situations.
