Considering that concepts are the basis of everyday practices, reflected in the observations of their dynamics and continuous changes, the need for their constant analysis emerges. Thus, it is aimed to undertake an analysis of the concept of comprehensive health initially disseminated by the Resolution No. 207/2015 of the CNJ, and then, its representation within the National Seminars on the Health of Judges and Servants of the Judiciary in four editions, held in the period from 2019 to 2022. The analysis assumes the need to better understand the conceptual dimension. To this end, the methods proposed by Schwartz-Barcott and Kim (2000) are used, regarding the phases (i) theoretical; (ii) fieldwork and (iii) final analytical. Data analysis suggests that the concept of integral health is not yet mature, as definitions and terminology still vary widely. It is emphasized that the pandemic of COVID influenced the choice of themes and speakers, suggesting interruptions related to the understanding of integral health, with approaches focused on mental health, considering the context of illness arising from the critical pandemic context.
