The poor quality of hydro resources is directly related to the occurrence of hydro propagation diseases. It aimed to correlate itself to untreated water and the hydro propagation diseases in Três Corações MG. For this purpose, historical series of water quality of the station BG032, were used from 2017 to 2019 and disease data from DATASUS. Variables from the water quality were evaluated within the limits established by DN COMPAM-CERH 01/2008. Subsequently, was made a Person’s correlation between diseases (Hepatitis A, dengue, and diarrhea) with the variables from the water quality. The variables from the water quality that presented results above the quality standards, established by legislation were the total phosphate and thermotolerant coliforms, associated with agricultural activities. The local standard WQI was classified as medium in the total period as well as in the dry and rainy seasons. However, in the rainy season, the WQI is lower (55,71) in which the turbidity measurement, total solids total phosphate and coliforms thermotolerant were those that contributed to the worsening of quality. The correlation between Hepatitis A and WQI was strongly correlated suggesting that water quality variables contribute to the occurrence. During the dry season, Dengue was strongly correlated with turbidity, thermotolerant coliforms and temperature, verifying that with the exception of the scarcity rainfall pattern, is the best period for occurrences. Regarding diarrhea, there wasn’t correlation with thermotolerant coliforms, but the disease presents seasonality. In the rainy season, moderate correlation was observed with coliforms thermotolerant and nitrate and dengue presented weak correlations.
