Quality management is increasingly present in the current scenario. As a result of a highly competitive and growing market in the appreciation of customer loyalty, companies in the food sector have decided to adopt and specialize in management policies so that they can deliver food every time more developed. This article deals with quality management tools in the food industries, with the objective of presenting companies with methods that optimize their processes, reduce their waste and improve their strategic quality indicators.
