Financial education under the view of bibliometric analysis based on the site SPELL

The term ‘Financial Education’ has multiple purposes, including: personal finance, personal budget, financial balance/planning, investment, income, among others. This article aims to present results of an exploratory, descriptive scientific research, with a qualitative approach and bibliometric analysis based on the use of secondary data. In order to carry out this study, the articles published on the SPELL portal were searched until December 2019. It is observed that from the search for the keyword field, 26 public articles were found on the referred portal, the first of which was published in 2005. 2017 was the year with the largest number of publications, with 5 articles published. It is concluded that there was a greater interest in researching Financial Education in recent years, showing the importance of the area in people's lives.
