This article aims to address the issue of innovation in the context of companies / organizations, within the strategy, in which strategic management gains prominence. This, in turn, gives greater dynamism / flexibility to the strategic process, overcoming the relative inertia of many operations of strategic planning. Thus, the issue of innovation, whether technological or not, in the concert of companies / organizations, must take on a notorious strategic character.
