This paper presents a literature review on the impact of work-family conflict on women's decision-making process in their work environment, based on Brazilian studies exposed in the SPELL database and ANPAD proceedings. Periodicals were analyzed 11 articles selected with the term work-family, published between 2011-2021. With the term decision process were 22 articles, evaluated about the periods, work area and period. However, in the database used in this research, it was not possible to identify any work that related both terms. In the case of work-family conflict, are recent studies from 2018, from the studies it was found that women are the most impacted by the conflict. Lack of time is the condition that most affects professionals in general. Although the decision-making process is presenting a considerable number of articles published since 2011. However, the gender issue is scarce in Brazilian publications, however, in some cases it can cause conflicts during decision-making. Therefore, the discussions in this study become relevant due to the lack of research on the subject, especially on the work-family conflict.
