The world population just grows and, consequently, the energy consumption increases, changing the quality of the environment with the use of non-renewable sources, causing negative effects to all. The generation and use of energy are the main responsible for the emission of Greenhouse Gases (GHG) into the atmosphere. One of the biggest challenges is to achieve a secure and sustainable energy supply, as the misuse of energy resources affects social, economic, and climatic conditions. The search for sustainable solutions in renewable energies is a worldwide concern and the organizations assume a greater share of a social responsibility in search of transformation and development through social and ecological actions from an environmental perspective. Through a transparent socio-environmental management, the renewable energy generation can be added, minimizing negative effects on the environment, through actions aimed at energy efficiency, aiming the economic development, as well as diversifying the country's energy matrix. The use of clean energy is possible, and Brazil has the potential to develop plans to reduce the emission of Greenhouse Gases. The emission of toxic gases is harmful, and this work highlights the need to reduce the negative effects caused by the emission of these gases. The State should promote research on this matter and, in this case, the Pernambuco Court of Justice (TJPE), appears as subject and object, since the research takes place in its own building and has the general objective of evaluating the possible benefits that the implementation of energy efficiency solutions can bring improvements to the environment. Comparing existing research, this work lends itself to evaluating the effectiveness of the use of photovoltaic panels in the Paula Batista building, with the intention of demonstrating the added value to energy savings, to propose solutions and contribute to the mitigation of the emission of toxic gases in the environment. The research was carried out in six stages and the desired result is to implement a proposal for a technological solution in energy efficiency to reduce the consumption of energy produced by fossil fuels and encourage other projects to meet the energy supply from renewable sources, with evident interest in mitigating CO² emissions. The adoption of a Photovoltaic Solar System Connected to the Grid in a public building, presented itself as a great option in the way of energy efficiency, adding economic and environmental values, with a focus on sustainability.
