Collective negotiations of labor: valuation of trade union trading

This study aims to describe and present the basic unions, which are established as organizations representing the interests of workers to work in the processes of collective bargaining, aiming at resolving collective conflicts in organizations. The research adds importance, in the case of the administration, to the expression 'labor relations' and identifies the union as an agent in the process of defending collective interests in these occupational relations, besides highlighting its importance as a means of instrumentalizing the possibility of negotiating, expanding minimum guaranteed labor rights and seek the achievement of advantages and benefits more favorable to the category represented by the unions. For this, a bibliographic review study was carried out, and this research was descriptive, and it was sought to obtain information and data collected through bibliographic research. Collective bargaining is presented, and its materialization through normative instruments of working conditions, which result in the resolution and regulation of conflicts, reaching their pacification, through the intermediary of the union as mediating agent, aiming at the valorization of this environment negotiation for the sustainability of the labor bases and its agreed rules.Downloads
