Abstract

This paper intends to present the types of leadership that exist within the school space, as well as to point out some models that can be inserted to favor the development of the pedagogical team, within its educational practice, as well as in its methodology. . However, it is possible to realize that in order to exercise leadership within the school, a broad discussion is necessary, making the proposition that the leader is the one who allows a collective process, involving everyone in the decisions, giving the opportunity to exchange ideas, which will result in Effective work.

Possui formação em licenciatura de História - UNIASSELVI (2018), Pós-Graduação em Ensino Religioso - UniBF (2019), Mestrado em Ciências da educação - Universidad de Desarrollo Sustentable (2019).
