Visual models for project management are intuitive and effective, which makes them an interesting alternative for project managers. The training of civil servants is one of the instruments for transforming public management. This article proposes the use of the Life Cycle Canvas model to manage training projects for civil servants. It discusses the legal framework that regulates the national policy for the development of people in the federal public administration and presents a proposal for the management of training projects. The study was carried out in the training and qualification unit of a public university.
