Since the 1980s, organizational culture has been the subject of studies and research about its importance within companies, especially in the sense that it has the possibility of impacting, positively or negatively, various motivational and organizational climate aspects. which directly affects productivity and, consequently, profitability or ultimate loss. This paper aimed to review the expressions of organizational culture in companies, and their general impacts on the management process, thus seeking to contribute to the creation of strategies in which managers employ the organizational culture in favor of the organization. Managers must know the culture model of their organization in order to be able to draw up strategic management plans, drawing on the strengths and positives of their culture, and should socialize such knowledge through examples or through formal training for their subordinates. Strategic use of a strong cultural model should take into account local or regional culture, and give full attention to the process of sharing attributes, assessing not only candidates' skills, but also their values ​​and customs, which can be of great importance. was the key to entrepreneurial success. Values ​​similar to the values ​​of the organization preventively contribute to a better organizational climate and to mitigating cultural differences.
