This paper addresses the new Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) and their managerial impacts within the Brazilian Army. Such an approach is necessary because 21st century society is permeated by technology. In this context, information travels in real time, and there are no transnational barriers to it. As such, the interests of the world's major economies are ultimately guaranteed by modern and well-equipped armed forces. This is justified by the multidimensional and broad-spectrum characteristics of modern conflicts, which increasingly demand from today's armies knowledge and mastery of new technologies. The aim of this paper is to demonstrate the real post-adoption contribution of new information and communication technologies in the perception of achieving more effective results in the fields of military administration and personnel management. This purpose was carried out through qualitative analysis and exploratory research on new ICTs and the implementation of a new corporate system in the Military Organizations of the Brazilian Army. The analysis showed a real increase in productivity in alignment with the strategic objectives of the Ground Force to collaborate with the high flexibility and reliability of the Brazilian Army Strategic Communications System.
