White collar crimes: from victimization to complicity in Brazilian Society

The present work presented a brief history of white collar crimes, gathering data from colonization to the present day. In this context, referring to the behavior of society and the actors who practice this crime. Going through the legal provisions present in the Brazilian legislation. The brief ethical and moral analysis revealed a debate with legal philosophers about the possible stimulating reasons for criminal practice.
