The Inquiry in the Tocantins Military Fire Department: a professional training proposal for union officers

The Public Administration applies its internal legal relations through administrative processes and procedures specifically defined by legislation, and in the Tocantins Military Fire Department – CBMTO, the analyzes and investigations of official prevention follow legal provisions at the level of disciplinary administrative process called Inquiry. This research is justified by the need for professional training of CBMTO union officers, in procedural standardization, and interventionist through a curricular proposition. The general objective is to provide the implementation of professional training for CBMTO union officers at a level of procedural standardization. The curricular presentation proposal addresses the workload, budget, scenario and expected results. The methodology is explanatory, in surveying, collecting and analyzing the number of CBMTO investigations carried out in the 2017-2022 historical series, through bibliographical research and documentary analysis, and of a qualitative and quantitative nature. For the results and discussion, a table was presented with the number of investigations throughout the historical series, and in observation of four questions, which referenced the main errors in the CBMTO investigations, in which errors in the procedural rite stood out. In the end, the conclusion is total, since the general objective has been fully achieved.
