This study sought to analyze the perception of Administration students at a Higher Education Institution located in the city of Caruaru/PE about the Training and Development (T&D) process and its interfaces with Organizational Culture and Organizational Climate. It is a case study, developed from a quantitative approach and descriptive character. The study sample was composed of graduate students of the Bachelor of Administration course, who were in the labor market during the research period, totaling a final sample of 23 respondents (n=23). Data collection was performed through an online questionnaire (survey) structured and developed in Google Forms. Data analysis was performed using statistical techniques of a descriptive nature, using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS©) software. In the results, it was observed that 47.83% of respondents reported that they do not feel prepared to plan or carry out activities involving T&D and 82.61% reported that they do not master the steps of a T&D process. It is believed that this research can contribute to the knowledge of the Development Training (T&D) process and its possibilities, as well as to the development of future studies on other aspects related to the theme.
