It is essential that nursing acts by ensuring and promoting all the safety that newborns require, in order to increase the survival rates of these patients, through humanized care, ensuring skin-to-skin contact, monitoring and controlling lighting and noise, ensuring that there is family participation, in addition to taking care of adequate nutrition. In this way, this research is justified, due to the impact that the well-being of parents, helps in promoting the health of their newborn and the importance of analyzing how their perception is given in relation to the reception provided, and thus, helping to create strategies that aim to improve the quality of care and reception within the Intensive Care Unit The general objective of this study is to describe the national literature on current scientific evidence on the perception of parents/family members of children hospitalized in the Intensive Care Unit Neonatal in relation to the reception provided. This is an integrative literature review study, the studies were carried out in electronic health databases indexed on the Virtual Health Library (VHL) portal, namely: SCIELO, MEDLINE, LILACS, IBECS, BDENF, and on the Google Scholar and Periodical CAPES platforms. To screen the articles, the Prisma method (2009), Integrative Review Study Analysis Instrument, was used. A total of 6 articles considered relevant to this work were obtained, and of these, it was observed that, regarding parents' perception in relation to reception, 3 show good relations with the team and 3 show that there are still some negative points regarding to the good welcome. Therefore, it can be concluded that care is being received, and there should still be improvements in these behaviors.
