The objective was to identify the scientific productions on the elderly survivor of stroke beyond the psychophysical conditions. Integrative Review, including articles published between searches in the Virtual Health Library – VHL databases; PsycInfo from the American Psychological Association; Scopus and the journal Logos & Existence Magazine. The databases were accessed through remote access (CAFe) of the Capes Periódicos Portal. Considering that Logotherapy focuses on the spiritual dimension, in addition to the psychophysical conditions it was included in the selection of works, using the descriptors: Logotherapy, Existential Therapy, Existential Phenomenology; in the searches for the elderly person and for aging the following: Aged, Elderly, Elder and for Encephalic Vascular Accident were Stroke, Brain Stroke, Cerebrovascular Accidents. The formula used to carry out the searches included the intersection of Boolean operators AND and OR, in addition to the use of quotation marks for terms with more than one word. Four (4) articles were considered. Of these, 1 (one) was published in Portuguese, being a Brazilian study; and the other 3 (three) in English, 1 (one) survey conducted in the United States, 1 (one) in the Netherlands, and 1 (one) in Korea. The studies discuss the phenomenon of aging under the analysis of Logotherapy, analyze the global meaning in elderly survivors of stroke and address sequelae and consequences of a stroke analyzing concepts based on Logotherapy. The reduced number of scientific productions published in the last 5 (five) years on the phenomenon of aging beyond its psychophysical conditions stands out. The studies found highlight the importance of expanding interventions and professional conduct that prioritize aspects of the meaning of life and existential reflections at this stage of life.
