Studies on occupation, spatial distribution and seasonal are of paramount importance to understand the interrelationships between individuals and species in a fauna community. This study the objectives were to provide information regarding the occupation spatial, distribution and seasonality of amphibians from Parque Estadual Dois Irmãos (PEDI), and analyzing the wealth, constancy of occurrence, similarity and correlation with abiotic parameters. The collections occurred between March 2011 and September 2012 with a duration of eight hours per week on daytime and nighttime hours, through active search in three areas (A1 Buildings, A2 Forest and A3 Watershed). The effort resulted in a list of 30 species distributed among four families:, Bufonidae (n = 3), Craugastoridae (n = 2), Hylidae (n = 18), and Leptodactylidae (n = 7), totaling 40 species to the area. Four species were considered constant, seven accessory and 20 accidental. The increased wealth went to A1 with 41% species. The areas A1 and A3 were found greater similarity between themselves (55), they function as a ecotono between open and forested areas. The months with the rain got greater wealth. It is concluded that the building área and the rainy months showed a greater number of species. The richness of species to the PEDE is representative, represents 28,1% to Pernambuco and 4,04% to Brazil. It appears that the PEDI is very rich of frogs when compared to other localities for Pernambuco.
