The objective was to analyze the spatial and temporal distribution of cases and deaths from arboviruses in the Territory of Development of Cocais - Piauí (TDCPI), during the period from 2012 to 2020. The Cumulative Incidence rate (CI) and the annual rate were used to analysis the cases, as well as the Geographic Information System (GIS) for spatial mapping. The highest incidences of dengue and Chikungunya in TDCPI occurred in about 75% of municipalities with a population of up to 10.000 inhabitants. Nossa Senhora dos Remédios was the municipality that recorded the highest CI of dengue (1684.5/100.000 hab.), Chikungunya fever in São João da Fronteira (1272.5/100.000 hab.) and Zika virus Piripiri (175.6/100.000 hab.). The highest mortality rate from dengue was recorded in Piracuruca and from Chikungunya in Matias Olímpio. The spatial distribution pattern was different for the three conditions in the study and it is distributed in the North/South and East/West directions of the TDCPI. It is concluded that 45.4% of the TDCPI municipalities had high CI for dengue, 9% high CI for Chikungunya and 4.5% mean CI for Zika virus.
