Paleodunes are significant records of the climatic elements and factors, essential for understanding the genesis and evolution of these environments over the course of historical time. In this sense, this paper analyzed the environmental and anthropogenic impacts on the fluvial paleodune fields in the municipality of Sento Sé, Bahia. This is a research of applied nature, with a quali-quantitative approach, being exploratory, bibliographic, documental, and field, being based on the systemic method and on the dialectic approach. The findings point to the need to implement a Management and Environmental Conservation Plan for these paleoenvironments.
