For this, a bibliographic research was carried out where concepts about the themes were raised. Then, the description and interpretation of the stages of software implementation were made, relating them to the theory of organizational routines. It was concluded as routines directed directly to the software, with the implementation processes, allowing the change and from the communication between the processes and intermediate processes of the agents and processes, which tends to reduce resistance to the organizational change process.
