This article presents a study on the perspectives of administration students at Federal University of Amazonas facing the challenges of the labor market for the post-pandemic period. A qualitative, exploratory approach was used to carry out the research, through interviews with a semi-structured script with six students from the administration course at the Federal University of Amazonas. The data collected through the interviews were treated through content analysis. The survey results point to a rapid change in traditional ways of working due to the COVID-19 pandemic, and the intensification of the use of technologies in work activities. It was possible to evidence the perspective of the graduates of the course in relation to the impacts of emerging technologies of the Fourth Industrial Revolution on the profession of administrators, who look at these technologies as something positive and that professionals in the area need to monitor and talk to these new technologies.
