This article aims to present the main metrics used to measure the success of a digital marketing strategy on Instagram and explain how these metrics can be monitored and interpreted. The importance of measuring and interpreting these metrics is highlighted, as this allows identifying opportunities for improvement and optimizing the marketing strategy. The methodology used for the elaboration of the article consisted of a bibliographic review, based on scientific articles, books, reports and materials available on the internet. The data were analyzed qualitatively, leading to the elaboration of conclusions and recommendations for marketing professionals and entrepreneurs interested in using Instagram as a channel to promote their businesses. Therefore, analyzing metrics on Instagram is critical to the success of a digital marketing strategy. By correctly measuring and interpreting these metrics, companies can identify opportunities for improvement and adjust their actions to obtain more expressive results. Understanding the relevant metrics and their strategic application are essential to achieve greater engagement, reach and impact of campaigns on Instagram.
