The present work aimed to investigate the Organizational Culture to support People Management policies in the cooperative environment. To this end, the research included a bibliographic review with dimensions related to Organizational Culture and People Management, which allowed us to perceive the trend towards a culture model focused on innovation and human resource management based on quality. Thus, it was concluded that the principles, beliefs and values that form the basis of the Organizational Culture of a cooperative are dimensions that provide subsidies for its influence on People Management, influencing the entire process of acquiring knowledge.
