Man models, Management TheoriesAbstract
The objective of this study is to identify the existing models of man in the Theories of Administration and those presented by Guerreiro Ramos, seeking to establish a connection between the two. This is a descriptive research, with a qualitative approach, which was carried out through a bibliographical survey of the main theories of management and the models of men triggered by each one of them, in addition to bibliographical research on the models of men by Guerreiro Ramos. It was observed the existence of three models of man, in the texts of Guerreiro Ramos, first is the operational man, which can be compared to the homo economicus of the Classical Theory of Management; Reactive Man, which appears in line with the Theory of Human Relations and can be compared to Homo socialis and; Parenthetical Man, the most sophisticated model of the three, in which the individual suspends belief in the common world and breaks its roots, reaching a level of conceptual reflection of freedom.
