People are essential in the context of organizations. They (the people) formulate, plan and implement operational strategies and processes, with a focus on achieving organizational goals. In this context, this research aims to analyze the perception of employees about the quality of HR management processes adopted at OAB/PI. A case study was used as methodology. Data collection was carried out through a structured questionnaire in the Likert standard, containing 30 statements about the six dimensions that make up the HR management process. The questionnaire was applied to a sample of 53 employees from the institution's administrative headquarters, located in the city of Teresina/PI. The results obtained showed that employees feel contemplated in various aspects of the dimensions evaluated, but they need a more participative people management that is committed to professional development, with incentives and recognition for their work. The research allowed us to identify, from the employees' perception, which dimensions of the HR management process require interventions, as well as indicating strategic actions that can improve the institution's performance in people management.
