This research aims to estimate the factors associated with dietary intake of high-risk pregnant women in the North of Brazil based on the dietary recall of the Surveillance System of Risk and Protection Factors for Chronic Diseases by Telephone Survey (VIGITEL) 2021. Therefore, a cross-sectional study was carried out, with secondary data. The logistic regression model was used to identify associated variables. It is estimated that in Manaus and Palmas all pregnant women responding to the survey are in high-risk pregnancies. Most high-risk pregnant women are married and belong to the brown race/color. High-risk pregnant women consumed alcoholic beverages and all interviewed pregnant women did not smoke and do not smoke. Most high-risk pregnant women do not regularly consume beans and raw vegetables in their diet. Women who regularly consume raw vegetables and those who did not consume fried eggs the day before the survey interview have a protective factor for high-risk pregnancies. It is concluded that low levels of education, alcohol consumption and eating habits are some of the factors associated with high-risk pregnancy
