Surface water resources are the greatest uses of humans today. Its multiple uses are extremely important, as it assists in diverse activities, food production, energy generation, public supply and leisure. Regions of hydro-mineral estates have suffered several impacts caused by intense exploitation, the main one being the loss of their characteristics. Based on the assumption, the objective of this work was to evaluate the water quality index, together with the Scott and Knott cluster test. The points were divided into springs (N1 –Robertinho; N2 – Toninho; N3 – Leonildo; N4 – Tijuco Preto) and watercourses (C1 – Robertinho; C2 – Leonildo). The monitoring period took place from June 11, 2017 to November 27, 2018, totaling 13 campaigns. The IQA had results such as Good and Medium in the sample points. Given the results found, the Scott & Knott test associated the main parameters that affected the quality of the water, such as the Thermotolerant Coliforms, Phosphate, Nitrate, Dissolved Oxygen and Biochemical Oxygen Demand, the same being the diffuse pollutions associated with cattle and pesticides around the sample points.
