This article anchored in analyzing quality management and its applicability at the Federal Institute of Southeast Minas Gerais - Campus Barbacena, from the perspective of employee satisfaction with regard to the organization's structure and how they correlate the institution's organizational management policy. The main objective of this work was to ponder, understand and interpret what the respondents perceive about the organizational structure of the institution and what they perceive by (dis)motivational factors in the environment they live and live with, supported by Frederick Herzberg's Theory of Two Factors. Methodologically, it is a research of a mostly qualitative nature which guided the execution of this research, interviewing seven individuals with different hierarchical occupations, proposing to approximate the reality of the facts as much as possible. From the responses, it was noted that the institution seeks its continuous improvement, revealing its intention to constantly mitigate specific causes before they result in a chain impasse within its organizational design with the purpose of improving the management and coordination staff. It was concluded that this aspect has value since the organization is a social entity because it is made up of people; it is directed towards objectives because it is designed to achieve results and is deliberately structured by the fact that the work is divided and its performance is attributed to the members of the organization.
