Abstract

This article presents a study about the transmission of knowledge among workers of the industrial district in its various forms: tacit, explicit and professional knowledge, as well as the characteristics, sources, dissemination, incorporation and generation of knowledge in industrial districts. The methodology used in this research was descriptive with the collection of data through bibliographic and documentary means. This work sought to contribute with data about the importance of the transmission of knowledge to the industrial district and the need for incentives of this process in the industrial district.

Eduardo Dias Leite, Instituto Federal de Brasília

Doutorando em Desenvolvimento Local e Cooperação Internacional (Desarrollo Local y Cooperación Internacional) na Universitat Jaume I - UJI na Espanha (2015-2018), Mestre em Ciência da Educação - Universidad San Carlos - Assunção - Paraguai (2011) e reconhecimento de saberes e competências de Titulação de Mestre (RSC-II - publicado no D.O.U), Licenciado em Formação de Professores- PROFORM pela Universidade Católica de Brasília (2012), Graduado em Administração pela União Educacional de Brasília (2002) e Técnico em Contabilidade pela Escola Técnica de Comércio de Balsas (1975). É professor do campus Taguatinga Centro no Instituto Federal de Brasília (IFB), atuando principalmente nos seguintes temas: empreendedorismo, gestão empresarial, varejo, desenvolvimento local, educação profissional, microempreendedor individual e iniciação empresarial.
