In Brazil, agribusiness stands out as one of the activities with the highest income generation and impact on world markets. Within this context, beef cattle ranching places the country as one of the largest producers and exporters of beef and, within this, the modality of confinement and semi-confinement stands out, which has been showing increasing adhesion on the part of the producers due to its advantages in relation to the conventional way of raising cattle. In this sense, the present study aims to identify the factors that influence the purchase of feed composition nuclei for confined cattle. To this end, quantitative descriptive research was developed, carried out through the application of structured questionnaires to 83 cattle confiners in the Midwest region of the country. After data collection and sample characterization through descriptive statistics, Factor Analysis was performed. The results show that it presented the possibility of identifying latent factors at a moderate level of explanation (58.1%), through the composition of four factors (Reputation of the seller, Technical Practicality, Safety and Result) that are composed of the ten variables studied, indicating that the main points for the definition of product purchase are linked to these items, highlighting that the variable "Warranty level" did not fit into any of the stipulated factors, so that it is not characterized as a key point to be analyzed in the measurement of the purchase process.
