This research aims to describe the insertion of various automation mechanisms that have been introduced in the production chain and in the structure of the Brazilian Federal Judiciary. The main problem is to verify what effects such mechanisms are having on the servers that use them. The article shows the implementation of the change from the physical judicial process to the electronic judicial process, which was the beginning of the implementation of automation in the Judiciary. In addition, it discusses several other optimization tools in the work process, programs and robots that were created to speed up the judicial production, reporting which instruments have already been tested and are being executed in several Brazilian courts. It shows how servers are behaving in the face of these various changes and stages, highlighting the entire process of acceptance, resistance and dynamic capacity to absorb all the technologies that are present in the management processes and, mainly, in the processes of organization and production of Work. It discusses the execution of the process of automation and optimization of this process, and the consequences that all these changes are causing in the bodies of the Federal Judiciary, including the use of information technology as a way to ensure greater security in the storage and transmission of digital data, including the use of artificial intelligence in various processes where it is possible to replace human reasoning. The methodological procedures are presented as applied research, descriptive and explanatory in terms of objectives; qualitative as to nature; and bibliographic, documentary and ex-post-facto data collection procedures. Among the results, there is the fact that the changes radically changed the form of production in the work processes of the servers, from 2006 onwards, with a lot of difficulty in adapting initially, however, with the passage of time. time the adaptation was consolidated, with the servers considering the electronic judicial process much more practical.
