Analysis of the organizational climate of the financial sector of a telecommunications company in the city of Pereiro/CE

The organizational climate is understood as a set of values, attitudes and standards that are capable of influencing the performance of a company's employees, becoming a necessary tool for the good conduct of modern organizations. Thus, this article was prepared from a research that analyzed the organizational climate of a financial sector of a telecommunications company in the town of Pereiro, Ceará, Brazil. The sample consisted of 40 subjects and the instrument used was a questionnaire with closed and scalar questions. The collected data were analyzed using the Google Forms tool. As a result, issues such as 80% of the subjects being motivated by the company, the manager and also self-motivated were highlighted. Regarding remuneration, an average of 65% of respondents feel satisfied with communication and are well informed. 45% agree with the salary they receive, 30% are undecided and 25% do not agree. Focused on stress, it was identified that 22.5% said they felt stress during a week of 5 times or more. As for the work environment, 85% are satisfied. In short, it could be concluded that the organization has a great organizational climate in its financial sector, representing a competitive advantage for it. Finally, the limitation of the study is admitted as it was carried out only in one sector and it is suggested that studies of the same content be carried out in other areas of the organization.
