A critical reading of environmental conflicts for water in Brazil

In this work, a critical reading was made about environmental conflicts in contemporary times involving the water problem in Brazil. When addressing the theme of environmental conflicts, an alignment of ideas was made with greater critical reflection due to the possibility of exploring concepts still in vogue today, such as power, domination, alienation and exploitation. As a result, a critical approach on how to understand environmental conflicts, that is, an approach that allows society to autonomously conduct life and defend its rights in an emancipatory manner, minimizing social alienation. A contribution to the formation of a social rationality that allows man to emancipate himself from instrumental reason that can contribute to the reduction of problems such as the degradation of nature, the extinction of specimens, social misery and the individualization of man.
